We offer three core services: merchandise and physical media design, production and manufacturing (using our global supplier network), and D2C fulfilment - including storage, shipping, customer service, and analytics. We can handle all three or just the parts you need.
We specialise in short runs and can work with quantities as low as five items for bespoke products, but lower quantities will often reflect a much greater cost per unit due to initial set-up costs. Minimum quantities vary by product type - get in touch with your project details, and we'll advise on what's possible and at what cost.
Fulfilment pricing has two components: a monthly storage fee of £2 per cu ft per SKU, and a per-order fee covering 100% of pre-agreed shipping costs plus a 15% commission on product value. Both revenue streams reduce your monthly storage bill — for every £10 of product revenue received by us in a given month, £1 is deducted from that month's storage bill. Not at all. We work with artists from those playing their first shows to those selling to millions of listeners globally. We scale our solutions to where you are and what you need — there's no minimum size requirement to work with us.
Yes - we've shipped to every country on the planet. We offer competitive shipping rates both domestically and internationally, and can advise on the best shipping methods for your products and customer base.
Of course. We're happy to work with your existing designer or supplier, and won't try to replace relationships that are working well for you. We can slot into whatever part of the process you need — whether that's just fulfilment, just production, or everything in between.
