In the event of a refund, return, or undeliverable/missing order, we will notify you of the reason and the amount required to refund the customer. We never process refunds on your behalf without authorisation on a case-by-case basis.
Using tracked delivery methods helps mitigate risk. Untracked shipping is done at either your own or the customer's risk, depending on your store's shipping policies.

Monthly Storage
Charged monthly per SKU in storage. We actively work to reduce your bill based on sales performance.

Monthly storage fee charged per SKU. Competitive rates with no hidden costs.
◆ Sales-Based Discounts
For every £10 of product-based revenue received in a month, £1 will be refunded from that month's storage bill.
PER-ORDER COSTS
PER-PRODUCT FEES
Two simple charges per order — shipping at cost, plus a small commission. That's it.
◆ 100% of Shipping Costs
We provide a full outline of shipping costs reviewed monthly, and charge exactly the cost of shipping associated with the order weight and size. No markup.
◆ 15% Commission
We take 15% of the product value to cover working hours, staffing and additional fees. For every £10 of monthly commission-based revenue, £1 is removed from that month's storage fee.
