[Vulcanis Merch] ("Vulcanis Merch", "we", "us", "our") is a merchandise design, production, and fulfilment business. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of vulcanis-merch.com (the "Site") and any services you order from us.
2 - Acceptance of these terms
By using the Site, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the Site or our services.
3 - Use of this website
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

4 - Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Vulcanis Merch and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Where we design artwork or merchandise for a client, ownership of the final approved artwork transfers to the client on full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and on the Site (including the "Past Work" section) for promotional purposes, unless requested not to.
5 - Our services
We provide merchandise design, production sourcing, storage, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) fulfilment services for artists, managers, and labels. Descriptions of our services on the Site are provided for general information and don't constitute a binding offer — specific terms for each project are confirmed in a separate quote, order confirmation, or agreement between the client and us.
6 - Quotes, orders & payment
Quotes provided by us are valid for the period stated in the quote, or for 30 days if no period is stated. Prices are subject to change for orders placed after a quote has expired.
An order is confirmed once you've accepted a quote and, where applicable, paid any deposit requested. Payment terms (including deposit amounts, milestone payments, and final balance) will be set out in your order confirmation or agreement.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, for example, where we're unable to meet the required specification, timescale, or minimum order quantity.
7 - Production & delivery
Any production or delivery timescales we provide are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by factors outside our control, including supplier lead times, customs, and courier delays. We'll let you know as soon as possible if we expect a delay to your order.
Storage and fulfilment services are provided on the basis set out in your specific fulfilment agreement, including storage rates and shipping arrangements.
8 - Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that can't be limited or excluded under English law.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including supplier failures, transport disruption, or events of force majeure.
9 - Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including artist and label sites we've worked with. We're not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site, and including a link doesn't imply endorsement.
10 - Privacy
Our use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.
11 - Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
